Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm (EST). Orders placed outside of business operating hours will be processed the following business day. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause delays. Once correct information has been verified, orders will be shipped.

Tracking Your Order

If you provide an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

Shipping Delays

Luxuria Remi cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or holidays.

Backorders

If an items is out of stock; we will call and notify you of the delay. No charge will be applied to your credit card until the order is processed.

Return Policy

We will replace the hair at no cost to you if you have any issue with matting or shedding within 3 days of your purchase. We are not responsible for the hair any time after that because we cannot determine if the issue is hair related or if it is at the fault of the consumer or stylist. All unauthorized returns will be discarded.

Color Disclaimer

Our hair is 100% natural virgin remi hair that has not been processed. The colors we offer are only those colors donated by women in India; the majority of which have black or brown hair and depending on the woman’s age may be mixed grays to fully gray hair. Therefore, each bundle will be somewhat unique to itself. (See Hair Care for proper coloring techniques)

Texture Disclaimer

The hair has been separated into three categories: straight, wavy and curly. Since each bundle is from a distinct individual, each one has its own specific characteristics. The photos reflect the typical texture of a bundle in each category; however the bundle(s) you receive may vary slightly.
